Insert two part B front wheels into the designated slots and slide a part A axle through the
frame and wheels.
Secure the wheels with two part 3 end caps and two part 2 cotter pins, an end cap and pin on
each side.
NOTE:
Use needle nose pliers to bend the pin and lock the wheel in place.
Slide a part A axle through the other side of the frame. Slide two part 1 washers and two part C
rear wheels onto the axle.
Secure the wheels with two part 3 end caps and two part 2 cotter pins, an end cap and pin on
each side.
NOTE:
Use needle nose pliers to bend the pin and lock the wheel in place.
