NOTE:
Do not immerse or soak the unit in water or any other liquid.

Dump used espresso/coffee grounds into waste basket.
•
Wipe steam wand with a damp cloth. Run steam through the steam wand to clean milk residue.
•
Unplug the appliance before cleaning or storage.
•
Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
•
Rinse accessories and attachments with warm water. If necessary, use a small amount of mild detergent
and a sponge.
•
Do not clean with steel wool, abrasive detergents, or corrosive liquids like gasoline or acetone.
•
Place unit and attachments in a cool, well-ventilated place to dry.
•
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Every 2 to 3 months, descale the machine to remove mineral deposits.
1.
Fill water tank to the max line with a descaling mixture.

Use either a 4:1 ratio of water to household descaler or a 1:1 ratio of water to white vinegar.

Run the descaling mixture through the espresso dispenser, coffee dispenser, and steam wand. Use all
of the descaling mixture in the tank.
3.
Repeat if necessary.
4.
Fill water tank with clean water and run water through the espresso dispenser, coffee dispenser, and
steam wand to remove traces of descaling mixture.
