Step 3 (Storage basket and storage basket support 

assembly) 

 

a)  Align the holes on the slide tracks with the holes on the left 

of cart base (Q) 

b)  Screw the M6 x 15 bolts (AA), spring washers (BB) and flat 

washers (CC) into the pre-drilled holes of slide tracks, and 
then tighten the bolts by hand. 

c)  Align the holes on the storage basket support (T) with the 

holes on the slide tracks. 

d)  Screw the M6 x 15 bolts (AA), spring washers (BB) flat 

washers (CC) into the pre-drilled holes of storage basket 
support (T), then tighten all the bolts by hand 

e)  Place the storage basket (O) on the storage basket support 

(T) 

f)  Go back and tighten all the bolts using screwdriver the 

provided. 

Step 4 (Front beam assembly) 

 

a)  Align the holes on cart left side panel (K) with the holes on 

front beam (M).   

b)  Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one spring washer (BB) and 

one flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole, then   
tighten the bolt by hand.   

c)  Repeat the procedure with hole cart right side panel (S) and 

front beam (M)   

d)  Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver 

provided. 

Step 5 (Cylinder side support and latch magnet 

assembly) 

 

a) 

Align the holes on the cylinder side support (V) with
the holes on the right side panel (S).   

b) 

Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one spring washer 
(BB) and one flat washer (CC) into the each 
pre-drilled hole. 

c) 

Align the holes in the middle edge of cart base with 
the holes on the latch magnet (U) 

d) 

Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one spring washer 
(BB) and one flat washer (CC) into the each 
pre-drilled hole. 

e) 

Tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
