Step 10 (Assemble the side shelf with the body assembly)
a) Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the left side of body assembly and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from body assembly.
b) Align the holes on the left side shelf (H) with the bolts extended from the left side of body assembly.
c) Push down the left side shelf until it locks into place. Tighten bolts by hand until secured.
d) Pull out the drawer from the left side shelf, then align the hole on left side shelf with the hole on the front control panel.
e) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (BB) into the pre-drilled holes. Tighten bolts by hand until secured.
f) Align the hole on the cart left side panel with the hole on the left side shelf then insert one bolt (AA) with one flat washer (EE)
into the pre-drilled hole towards into body assembly.
g) Tighten bolts by hand until secured.
h) Repeat the above procedure for the assembly of right side shelf (K) and body assembly (L).
i) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 11 (Side knob & seat assembly)
a) Align the holes on the side knob bezel (N) with the
holes on the right side shelf and the side burner
valve. Screw one M4 x10mm bolt (DD) with one flat
washer (GG) into each pre-drilled hole by hand.
b) Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
c) Insert the side knob (M) onto the valve shaft.
