Once aimed, the mount allows the user to position light above or below the brim by

rotating up or down as needed.

OPERATION

The FORTEM has seven lighting modes:

y

Constant-on high-brightness fl ashlight

y

Medium-brightness fl ashlight

y

Low-brightness fl ashlight

y

Constant-on high-brightness fl oodlight

y

Medium-brightness fl oodlight

y

Low-brightness fl oodlight

y

Constant-on Dual-Light mode
The FORTEM has two switches, the fl ashlight switch (closest to the front of the light)

and the fl oodlight switch (closest to the rear of the light) providing access to all modes.
CONSTANT-ON FLASHLIGHT

Press the fl ashlight switch (closest to the front of the light) until it clicks and then release

for  constant-on  fl ashlight  in  high-brightness  mode.  Press  and  release  this  same  switch

again to turn the light off.
SELECT FLASHLIGHT BRIGHTNESS LEVEL

Press and hold down the fl ashlight switch. The fl ashlight will cycle from high to medium

to low and then back up again at a rate of approximately one mode per second. The light will

continue to cycle up and down through the various modes as long as the fl ashlight switch

is held down. When the desired brightness level is reached, simply release the fl ashlight

switch, and the light will remain in that brightness mode. Pressing and holding the fl ashlight

switch again will cause the light to cycle from whatever mode it is currently in. Press and

release the fl ashlight switch to turn the light off.
CONSTANT-ON FLOODLIGHT
