About This Guide
If you are responsible for configuring Nautica routers, you need
to read this guide.
These Release Notes present an overview of new features,
guidance for working with the product, a list of problems that are
corrected with this release and a description of known anomalies
(with work arounds, if applicable).
Before You Begin
Before using this guide, you must complete the following
procedures. For a new router:
•
Install the router (refer to the installation manual that came
with your router).
•
Connect the router to the network and the ISDN.
•
Configure the unit using Nautica Wizard or BCC.
Make sure that you are running the latest NauticaRS 5.016R. For
instructions, refer to Appendix B in the “NauticaRS 5.016R
Reference Guide”.
