Installing Remote Access Concentrator Software for UNIX

Before You Begin
T
his chapter provides important information about installing Remote
Access Concentrator (RAC) Software for UNIX. You should read this
before you begin the install procedure since the installation script prompts
you for information to complete the process.
Before starting the installation script, you should be prepared to make the
following decisions, or supply the following information:

Whether to use default directories for installation or specify
different directories
•
Whether to install man pages
•
How you want to load the software. You will need to verify if
your operating system and version is supported (see Appendix A
for specific platforms and versions):
