03. oPeration
3.1. Zero tHe disPlaY
You can press the
key at any time to set the zero point from which all other weighing and counting is
measured, within 2% of power up zero. This will usually only be necessary when the pan is empty. When the
zero point is obtained the display will show indicator for zero.
The scale has an automatic rezeroing function to account for minor drifting or accumulation of material on
the platform. However you may need to press the
key to rezero the scale if small amounts of weight are
shown when the platform is empty.
3.2. taring
Zero the scale by pressing the
key if necessary. The zero indicator will be on.
Place a container on the pan a value for its weight will be displayed.
Press the
key to tare the scale. The weight that was displayed is stored as the tare value and that value is
subtracted from the display, leaving zero on the display.
The “NET” indicator will be on. As product is added only the weight of the product will be shown.
When the container is removed a negative value will be shown. If the scale was tared just before removing the
container this value is the gross weight of the container plus all products that was removed.
The zero indicators will also be on because the platform is back to the same condition it was when the
key was last pressed.
3.3. weigHing unit sHift
Press
key and
key to together will change weighing unit in the weight mode, relevant weighing unit
mark turn on (kg or g).
04. Parameters and calibration
4.1. enter setting mode
To set parameters, first turn on the weighing scales, hold the
key during self-checking, until display show
“F1 CAL”.
4.2. calibrate
After enter setting mode, the display will show “F1 CAL”. press
key, display shows “UNLD”, empty the
platter, after STABLE indicator on, press
key again, display shows the calibrate weight, you can press
key to select calibrate weight, after you select, put the calibrate weight on, after STABLE indicator on, press
key to sure, scale will auto restart. calibration finished.
4.3. cHange caPacitY
After enter setting mode, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press
key select , until display shows “F3 CAP ”,
press the

key to select capacity , press zero key to
sure.
4.4. set resolution
After enter setting mode, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press the
key display shows “F2 RES “ press the
key to enter, press the
key select current resolution. Press the
key confirms.
4.5. cHecK internal counts
After enter setting mode, display shows “F1 CAL”, press
key select , display shows “F4 INP”, press
key
to enter, display shows internal counts, press
key to return setting mode.
4.6. set auto Power off time
After enter setting mode, display shows “F1 CAL”, press
key select , until display shows “F5 oFF”, press
key to enter, display shows current turn off time, this function have four model, include(3/5/15MIN/
OFF), press the
key to return setting mode.
