By-pass
The boiler is built with a manual by-
pass which is intended to ensure
circulation (water flow) in the boiler.
In accordance with the latest
technical development concerning
self-regulating thermostatic valves
and where there are conditions
specific to the appliance, e.g. when
the radiator thermostatic valves (in
the case of 2-pipe systems) are
completely or partially closed, it may
be necessary to adjust the by-pass.
Adjustments should only be made by
an authorised central heating installer
or service firm (see page 26, picture
D)
Pump output
This is a high static head, polyspeed,
low noise pump fit for installation on
any type of single or double-pipe
heating systems. The automatic air vent valve which is incorporated in the pump
allows quick venting of the heating system. The table shows the available output
and pump head performances: the boiler pump, as delivered, is pre-set at the
maximum value (III speed).
Do not select the first speed setting as the output and pump head are not fit for
normal use conditions.
Check of combustion
parameters
The exhaust flue duct kit for installation on the boiler is equipped with two test
points to measure the values of combustion output and hygienic standards of
combustion products while the boiler is in operation.
One of the two test points is connected to the exhaust flue duct to allow
measurements of the combustion products hygienic standards and combustion
efficiency.
The second test point is connected to the combustion air intake to check the
circulation of any combustion products.
The test points allow measurements of the following
•
the temperature of the combustion products / flue gases;
• concentration of oxygen (O
2
) or, alternatively, of carbon dioxyde (CO
2
);
• the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO).
Where the flue is via a horizontal or vertical double pipe, the temperature of the
combustion air must be measured at the test point which is connected to the air
inlet duct. In the case of separate ducts (split flue), the measurement must be
taken in the area immediately below the burner by inserting a test pipe through the
silicone plug in the bottom of it.

Kedlen er konstrueret med et manuelt

med den nyeste udvikling indenfor
selvregulerende termostatventiler og
ved specielle anlægsmæssige forhold,
f.eks. når radiatorernes termostat-
ventiler (ved 2-strengede anlæg) er helt
eller delvist lukkede, kan det være
nødvendigt med regulering af by-passet.
Regulering bør kun foretages af en
autoriseret VVS-Installatør eller
Servicefirma (se billede D side 26).
Pumpeydelse
Dette er en højstatisk, støjsvag
multihastighedspumpe, der egner sig
til installation i ethvert 1 - eller 2 -
strengs varmesystem. Den
automatiske udlufter ventil der er
indbygget i pumpen muliggør hurtig
afluftning af systemet. Grafen viser pumpeydelsen: kedelpumpen er ved
levering forudindstillet til maksimal værdi (III hastighed).
Vælg ikke den laveste hastighedsindstilling, da denne ydelse ikke egner
sig til normale brugsforhold.
Kontrol af
forbrændingsparametre
Kedlen er forsynet med to testpunkter til måling af forbrændings
produkterne, mens kedlen er i drift.
Et af de to testpunkter er forbundet til røggasledningen for at tillade
målinger af forbrændingsprodukternes hygiejniske standard og
forbrændingseffektiviteten.
Det andet testpunkt er forbundet til forbrændingsluftens til gang for at
kontrollere cirkulationen af eventuelle forbrændingsprodukter.
Målepunkteme tillader målinger af følgende:
•
temperaturen på forbrændingsprodukterne/røggussen,
• koncentrationen af ilt (O
2
) eller, alternativt, af kultveilte (CO
2
),
• koncentrationen af kulilte (CO).
Temperaturen på forbrændingsluften skal, i tilfælde af aftrœk via vandret
eller lodret dobbeltrør, måles ved det testpunkt, der er tilknyttet
luftindløbskanalen. I tilfælde af separate kanaler (splitaftræk), skal den
måles i området umiddelbart neden for brænderen ved at indsætte et
prøverør gennem silikoneproppen i dens bund.
