During cooling, white steam comes
out of the indoor unit
This is normal when there is a high
temperature difference between the
indoor unit and the air in the room
During heating, white steam comes
out of the indoor unit
This is normal when moisture is
created during the defrosting process.
Noise is heard during operation
A slight whistling may be caused by
the refrigerant flowing.
A crunching noise may be due to the
deformation of the plastic caused by
the temperature.
If the problem persists even after these checks, or if you detect a burning smell, stop
operation immediately, turn off the electrical circuit and consult authorised service
personnel
.
