If a fault occurs, check the following points before requesting assistance

The air conditioner will not turn on 

  Has there been a power failure? 

  Are there any connection problems? 

  Is  the  electrical  voltage  below  90%  or 

above 110% of the rated voltage? 

  Have any fuses blown? 

  Have  you  waited  long  enough  before 

turning on the air? 

 
 

 

The remote control does not work 

  Is  the  remote  control  more  than  8 

metres from the receiver? 

  Are the batteries charged? 

  Are  there  any  obstacles  between  the 

remote  control  and  the  receiver  in  the 
indoor unit? 

 
 
 
 

 

The air conditioner is not 
cooling/heating well 

  Is the set temperature suitable? 

  Is the air inlet blocked? 

  Is the air filter dirty? 

  Is the internal fan speed too low? 

  Are there other sources of heat in 

the house? 

  Are any windows or doors open? 

 

The  indoor  unit  starts  with  a  delay 
when the air conditioner is turned on 

 

 

Once  the  air  conditioner  has  been 
turned  off,  it  will  not  run  back  on  for 
about  3  minutes  in  order  for  cooling 
cycle balancing to take place

 

 

Unusual odours can be smelled when 
the unit starts operation 

 

  The  air  conditioner  has  accumulated 

essences 

from 

the 

environment 

(smoke, 

construction 

materials, 

furniture...) 

 

During  cooling,  noises  similar  to 
running water can be heard 

 

 

  This is due to the flow of refrigerant 

inside the indoor unit
