is an
opto electro nic precision measurement device
which
must be handled with care by skilled personnel only.

The expected
service life
of the device depends on the
ball bearings
, which are equipped with
a permanent lubrication.

storage temperature range
of the device is between -15 °C and +70 °C.

The
operating temperature range
of the device is between -20 °C and +85 °C,
restricted in potentially explosive environments, see section 2,
measured at the housing.
