Display is off and no
signals from transmitter
Sensor not correctly connected

Check plug and power supply.
Device error
f
Dismount and send sensor to Baumer.
Display is on but no signals
from transmitter
Short circuit
f
Remedy short circuit.
Display is off but there are
signals from transmitter
UnitCom cable not connected
f
Connect the display and the
transmitter with the UnitCom cable.
Display does not show the
correct data
Incorrect pressure range
f
Check programmed range limits.

Cleaning, maintenance and repair
Cleaning
f
Do not use a high pressure cleaner or other
tools except of a soft brush to clean the
membrane.
f
Clean, disinfect or sterilize sensor as needed
(CIP/SIP).
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is not required.
Repair
Do not repair the sensor yourself.
f
Send damaged sensor to Baumer.

Disposal

Do not dispose of in household
waste.
f
Separate materials and dispose
of in compliance with nationally
applicable regulations.
