EXCLUSIONS
The following exceptions apply to Baume & Mercier
International Warranty:
– Defects resulting from accidents, mistreat-
ment, improper or abusive treatment (including
but not limited to: impacts, crushing, moisture
in the case of non water-resistant watches), the
use of or any consequences resulting from the
use of batteries other than those designated by
Baume
& Mercier, any alterations, manipula-
tions or re-pairs carried out by anyone other
than an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer;
– Leather straps;
– Effects of normal wear and aging of the watch
and the metal bracelet;
– Theft, loss;
– Watches with a serial number or other charac-
teristic which has been deliberately removed or
altered;
This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights. You
may also benefit from other rights, which may vary
according to Country, State, Province or Territory.
Note: Water-resistance
If you have a water-resistant watch, this feature is
only guaranteed if an authorized Baume & Mercier
After-Sales Service Center or an authorized
Baume & Mercier retailer has performed a water-
resistance test each time the watchcase was opened,
for any reason whatsoever.

WARRANTY SERVICES
To benefit from any services outlined in
Baume
& Mercier’s International or Limited
Warranty, please contact the Baume & Mercier
authorized retailer where you purchased
your Baume
& Mercier watch or any other
Baume & Mercier authorized retailer and pre-
sent your Baume & Mercier watch along with the
Baume & Mercier Certificate of Warranty. You may
also send your Baume & Mercier watch, with your
Baume & Mercier Certificate of Warranty, to an
authorized Baume & Mercier after-sales service
Center in your country, at the address listed in the
attached document. All shipping costs are your
responsibility.
