6�3 Check Gearbox Oil Level
1. Lower auger drive to ground.
2. Set parking brake, stop engine and remove
key.

Moving parts can crush and cut�
Keep clear of moving components�
Follow lockout procedure before
servicing�
3. Remove plug (A). Oil level must be at the
bottom of inspection port. For RC442, remove
plug (B) and add oil through this port. Add
85W-140 or 140 wt. oil if necessary.
4. Install and tighten plugs (A) and (B).
