1. Park tractor and mulcher on a level surface.
2. Lower mulcher to the ground.
3.
Shut off engine and remove key.
4. Inspect cutting teeth (A) for damage and wear.
Replace individual teeth as needed.
5. Remove locknut (B) and tooth (A).
6. Install new tooth.
7. Tighten locknut (B) to 150 lb/ft (204 Nm) of
torque.

5�6 Replace Cutting Teeth
1. Park tractor and mulcher on a level surface.
2. Lower mulcher to the ground.
3.
Shut off engine and remove key.
4. Remove plug (A). Oil level should be 2 in. (51
mm) below plug hole. Bend a piece of wire and
insert into hole. Remove wire to check oil level.
Add oil if low.
5. Install plug.
6. To change gearbox oil, remove plug (B) to drain
oil. Dispose of used oil in an environmentally
safe manner. Install plug (B) and fill gearbox
through hole (A) until oil is 2 in. (51 mm) below
plug hole (A).
