Variable speed
Depth of cut setting
Performance of multiple deep cuts
The Bauker router has a depth stop and a depth scale which allows a fast and
fine-adjustment to the desired depth.
1. The depth stop (7) can be moved upwards or downwards by turning the
fine-adjustment knob (12) to the desired depth.
2. Use the Wing Screw (11) to lock and unlock the movement of the depth stop.
3. For a fine-adjustment, use the micro-adjustment knob (4). This includes an
independent rotation scale. A complete knob rotation represents 1.0 mm,
approximately.
1. The speed regulator (2) is located at the upper part of the power
tool.
2. Just turn the regulator to increase or decrease the speed.
The Bauker router is equipped with a turret mechanism
which allows the maximum cut depth to be performed in 7
stages. Each stage represents 3 mm, approximately.
1. Set the desired depth with the depth stop at the lowest
position of the turret (9).
2. Step by step turn the turret.
The smaller the router bit, the faster the speed. The bigger the router bit
diameter, the slower the turn speed. A router bit that is turning too fast could
burn the workpiece or leave a burn mark therefore; you must regulate your
speed to prevent damaging the workpiece.
IMPORTANT
: If the power cord of this power tool is damaged, it must be replaced by
the adequate cord available at the authorized technical service. Do not attempt to
operate damaged power tools.
When removing the router from its package, verify that all parts and pieces
are there. If one of them is missing, go to the store where you purchased the
product with your proof of purchase and take the complete product with you.
