• 

Our equipment has been thoroughly tested and it is covered by a 

manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with current regulations.

• 

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT

• If the product fails within the warranty period, please contact an authorized SST 

(Sodimac Technical Service).

• Please, take the original purchase receipt with you, indicate details of failure(s), your 

name and address, and place and date of purchase. The manufacturer shall not make 

any refund. All products must be properly cleaned, secured and carefully packed to 

prevent damages or injuries during transportation. The manufacturer may reject 

inappropriate or unsafe shipping. 

• You must provide your purchase receipt before any repairing or maintenance work is 

conducted.

• Any service must be carried out only by an authorized technical service.

• Any replaced part, as a result of the warranty, shall be property of the authorized 

technical service and shall not be returned.

• Repair or replacement of the product shall not extend the warranty period.

• Repair or replacement of your product under the warranty provides you additional 

benefits and do not affect your consumer rights set by law.

The warranty covers:

Repairs covered by the warranty must meet the following conditions:

• Defects must be attributable to faults or defects in the materials or manufacturing. If 

any part is no longer available or discontinued, the manufacturer will replace it with an 

alternative and functional part, within the warranty period.

• Instructions in this manual must have been fully observed.

• Repair cannot have been made or attempted by people other than the authorized 

technical service.

• Only original accessories must have been used

• The product cannot have been exposed to improper use such as bumps, dents, etc., 

or damaging environments

The warranty does not cover:

The manufacturer does not guarantee repairs requested as a result of:

• Wear of parts and/or components due to the normal operation of the equipment.

• Accidental damages caused by transportation, negligent use and improper operation, 

resulting from incorrect or improper use or installation, which do not observe the 

warnings set out in the instruction manual. 

• Change or tampering of the product in any way whatsoever. 

• Use of parts and accessories other than the manufacturer's original replacement 

parts. 

• Defective installation.

• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized technical services or persons. 

This equipment is intended for PROFESSIONAL use and for other normal domestic tasks. 

Therefore, the warranty SHALL NOT apply in case of any other use different than the 

intended use. The manufacturer declines any liability for possible damages to people or 

material objects caused by faulty installation or by improper use of the equipment.

In case of any claim or fault, go to the Sodimac store where you purchased the product 

and present your purchase receipt. Our after-sales service will assist you with pleasure.
