Insert the plug into the socket.
1. To start the sander, pull the on/off trigger upwards (fig. 12)
2. To stop the sander, release the trigger.
3. To keep the tool on, pull the trigger and press the locking button. When
the switch is pulled again and released, the tool will stop (fig. 13)
Installing the dust bag
Operation
¡WARNING!
Always make sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before performing
any adjustment or maintenance work.
1. To install the dust bag in the sander, firmly press the tube onto the
outlet for dust extraction (fig. 11).
¡WARNING!
For optimal dust extraction, remove and empty the bag when it is containing half
its capacity. Do not use the bag when sanding metals. Hot metal particles can cause woody
debris or the bag itself to ignite.
2. The sander can be connected to a domestic vacuum cleaner or a dust collection system for
shops, using a standard suction hose.
Installation / Uninstallation
On and Off
This system allows to fix the sandpaper by means of the clamping bars located in the front
and back of the product.
Fixing
•Pull the clamping lever upwards to release it (fig. 6).
• Press the clamping lever downwards, along the base, to open the
clamping bar (fig. 7).
• Align one corner of the sandpaper piece with one of the clamping bars
and secure it in its position (fig. 8).
• Pull the clamping lever upwards, along the base, and press downwards
to fit it (fig. 9).
• Tighten the sandpaper and fix the other corner to the second clamping
bar (fig. 10).
WARNING!
Always make sure that the sandpaper sheet remains firmly
fixed to the base, completely flat and even. If necessary, re-adjust the
sheet.
