Holes, slots and openings: Do not push any objects into holes, slots or
openings on the unit. This could result in fatal electric shock.
•
Handle with care: Press the buttons gently; pressing them too hard can
damage the speaker. Do not drop the product or subject it to harsh impacts
or excessive vibrations.
•
Climatic conditions: Take special care when using this product in tropical/
moderate climatic conditions. Do not use it in extremely dry environments
as this could lead to static discharge, which can damage the speaker.
•
Prevent damage: Do not place the product near other items that may
damage it, such as naked flame sources (lit candles) or objects containing
water (a vase). Take care that no objects fall and no liquids are spilled into
any openings or vents.
•
Damage: Do not operate the unit if it is not working normally or has been
damaged in any way. Turn the unit off, unplug the power plug and contact
our after sales support centre for advice.
Care and Cleaning
•
Dusting only: Clean the unit only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical
cleaning agents on any part of the product.
•
Do not open: Do not remove the cover or the back of this product. There
are no user-serviceable parts inside this product.
•
Repair: Do not attempt to repair or service the unit beyond those methods
described in this instruction manual. Service methods not covered in the
operating instructions should be referred to qualified service personnel.
•
Service: Contact the after sales support line and arrange a service by
qualified service personnel in the following circumstances:
• The power adaptor has been damaged.
• Objects have fallen into or liquid has been spilled into the product.
• The unit has been exposed to rain.
• The unit has been dropped or damaged.
• The unit exhibits a marked change in performance or does not operate
normally.
