Troubleshooting
− If the device malfunctions, please check fi rst whether you can fi x the problem
yourself using the following troubleshooting guide.
− Do not under any circumstances try to repair the device yourself. Contact our
Service Centre or another suitably qualifi ed workshop if repairs are necessary.

Connections and cable
faulty
− Inspect all cable connections to check for dam-
age or the correct cabling or a current Bluetooth
connection.
− Ensure that all connected devices are correctly
supplied with electrical power.
No sound audible
− Check the volume on the output device. If neces-
sary, increase the volume.
Distorted sound
− Change the position of the Soundbar to avoid
external infl uences that cause interference.
− Move sources of interference (mobile phones and
the like) further away from the device.
No sound audible from
the subwoofer
− Check that the subwoofer is connected to the
Soundbar.
