ARC not only enables audio signals to be received via HDMI when two devices are con-
nected but also allows them to be sent back via the same cable.
CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) enables communication with all devices connect-
ed via HDMI. Using this connection you can control, for example, the volume and mute
function with the television remote control,
NOTICE!
ARC only works with devices that are HDMI ARC capable as well as with an HDMI 1.4
cable (and higher).
Setting up the Soundbar
Connecting the Soundbar and subwoofer to the power
− Connect one of the supplied power cords to the AC~ connecting socket

of the
Soundbar and the other supplied power cord to the AC~ connecting socket

of the subwoofer as shown in
Fig. E

− Ensure that all required devices are connected.
− Insert each of the power cords into a socket.
The indicator light turns on.

The Soundbar switches on and starts up; this process may take a few seconds.

Connecting Soundbar to subwoofer
The Soundbar and subwoofer pair with one another automatically when started up
for the fi rst time.
