Scope of delivery
The device is designed to be used with the
rechargeable battery type 2.0Ah BT-CLB001
(Art. No.7062517) or with the rechargeable
battery type 4.0 Ah BT-CLB002 (Art. No.
7062518). Please note that the rechargeable
battery and a charging unit are not included
in delivery.
ATTENTION!
Danger of damage to the
device and battery!
If the device is operated with an unsuitable
battery, both the device and the battery may
be damaged. Only operate the device with
the specified rechargeable battery.
For charging the rechargeable battery, the
charging unit Quick Charger type
BT-CLC001 (Art. No. 7062519) is required.
3. Before first use
Remove the device and all additional parts
out of the packaging. Check all parts for
damage in transit and do not use a dam-
aged device. Keep packaging materials out
of reach of children. There is risk of
suffocation!
4. Contents of packing

5. Intended use
This caulking gun is designed for dispens-
ing caulking or filling material. It is intended
for domestic use and is not designed for
commercial, trade or industrial use.
6. Operation
Press the release button

and pull the
rack rod back by the handle

to the
end of the cartridge holder

Put the cartridge onto the cartridge
holder.
6.2
Press down the release button

and
push the rack rod
(6)
forward until it is
against the back of the cartridge.
6.3
Press the trigger switch
(3)
until the
material within the cartridge comes out
form the nozzle of the conical
applicator.
6.4
The speed of the rack rod can be
increased by increasing the pressure on
the variable speed trigger switch.
Decreasing the pressure on the switch
will decrease the speed the rack rod.
6.5
Release the trigger switch
(3)
to turn off
the caulking gun. After the caulking gun
is turned off, the rack rod will automati-
cally move backward for a short dis-
tance. This prevents the overflow of
caulking material.
Note:
When the rack rod handle reaches the
location switch, it will automatically stop.
7. Variable-speed trigger switch
The caulking gun is equipped with a varia-
ble-speed trigger switch.
7.1
To start the caulking gun, gently
squeeze the trigger switch

NOTE:
The caulking gun will turn at its
slowest speed when the trigger switch
is squeezed lightly. The caulking gun
will turn at its fastest speed when the
trigger switch is squeezed firmly.
7.2
To stop the caulking gun, release the
trigger switch.
8. Work light
The work light

illuminates the working
area during operation.
