INSTALLATION/MOUNTING
Use the suction cup mount (1) to
install the camera to your vehicle’s
windscreen. When choosing a
location for mounting the camera and
the charging cable, make sure the
functionality of the airbags is not
affected, your vision is not
obstructed, and there must be no
restriction to the safe handling of the
vehicle.
Before installing the suction cup
mount, thoroughly clean and dry the
surface.
Orientate the camera in such a way
that it covers the desired space in
front of your car. Then tighten all
locking screws of the suction cup
mount. If possible, install a charging
cable or use a cigarette lighter socket
adaptor as a permanent power
supply for the camera while driving.
INSERTING AND REMOVING
THE MEMORY CARD
The camera saves the videos and
photo files on an external SD
memory card.
Before
switching on
the camera, insert an SD memory
card with sufficient free memory
capacity into the SC card slot (10).
Please use memory cards of the
class4 and up to ensure an
undisturbed recording and play
back video quality!
Note: Make sure the electric
contacts of the memory card are
facing up when inserting the card
into the slot (facing towards the
mounting thread). Do not use
force when inserting the card.
Do not switch on the camera when
no memory card is inserted!
Do not remove the memory card
when the camera is still powered
on.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
The camera is powered via an
internal Lithium Polymer
rechargeable battery. The battery
is not fully charged as- delivered
condition. So, please first use the
supplied USB cable (16) and
connect the camera to your PC or
use a USB charging device (5 V )
and fully charge the battery.
