Descaling

 CAUTION!

Complaints will not be accepted if the samovar is not descaled regularly
as described in the instruction manual. Such complaints are no cases of
warranty!

o

Bad water conditions might lead to scaling. This results in longer heating time

and might damage the device.

o

Depending on the frequency of usage and water quality, descale the water tank

every 1 - 2 weeks.

o

Fill the water tank with fresh water, add vinegar or a common descaling agent

and boil the solution.

o

Let some of the solution flow trough the tap in order to remove scale here as well.

o

Repeat the boiling of the solution 1 - 2 times.

o

Let the device cool off for a few minutes.

o

After descaling pour out the descaling solution. Rinse the reservoir thoroughly

with clean water and pour some water out through the tap.

o

In case of scale deposits in the teapot clean it with the solution of vinegar or

a common descaling agent.

NOTE!

Use pre-filtered water in order to avoid scaling!
