CAUTION!
When preserving jars which are stacked on two levels, ensure that the
bottom jars are sealed tightly to prevent water from getting inside.

Put the device’s lid on the tank.
Setting the canning temperature
•
Set the canning temperature depending on the product. Temperature and time
should be set in accordance with the information in the tables provided below or in
recipes.
•
Connect the device to a single grounded outlet.
•
When canning must be done at 100 °C , set the temperature dial to the „MAX“
position.
NOTE!
Heating time is not part of the canning time. Count canning time at
temperatures from 30 °C - 90 °C from the moment the red control light goes
off, and when the temperature is set to „MAX“ from the moment when the
water begins boiling.
