1. Set the required temperature for the
selected food using temperature controller in
the range of 50
–270°C.
The orange heating-up control light is lit until the
appliance is heating itself up; it goes off, when
the set temperature is reached.
2. Place the food for preparation into the oven
in suitable containers.
When the temperature in the oven drops, the
orange heating-up indicator light comes on
again and the appliance heats up again to the
set temperature.

Air Circulation Function
The appliance is equipped with the air circulation function. The ring heater is fixed
around the fan, thus the air is evenly distributed inside the oven. The ring heater
switches itself on automatically through operation of the temperature controller.
Switching Oven Off
1. If the oven is not to be used any more, rotate the temperature controller to the '0'
(OFF) position.
Indications and Tips
• Varied sizes of food product chunks and use of various containers made of
different materials and of varied thickness (terra-cotta, glass, aluminium, steel)
may lead to deviation from recipe data for thermal processing time.
• If possible, in the case of delicate food and food prepared with the use of raising
agents, avoid opening oven door in order not to change the internal
temperature.
• To save power during a long thermal processing time, switch the oven off a few
minutes before the time stated in a recipe and keep the oven door closed, to use
the residual heat.
