• When using fat and oil during cooking, do not leave the appliance unsupervised,
for they may get ignited by the flame if overheated.
There is the fire hazard!
• Use only flat-bottomed cookware.

• Place a suitable cookware on the sliding grate so that the flame is in the middle.
Electric Oven
1. Before switching the oven on, make sure that in the oven chamber there are
only accessories needed for the cooking/baking process (usually, the rack is
enough, on which a container with food for thermal processing is put after pre-
heating).
2. Switch the oven on with the ON/OFF switch.
The green operation control light in the ON/OFF switch will light up and will be lit
through the entire operating period of the electric oven.
3. Before first use, heat the oven up at the maximum temperature setting for at
least 45 minutes without any food inside.
Vapours from sealing and protective substances in the oven may produce
unpleasant odours, which will not be present during subsequent uses.
4. After heating up ventilate the room, keeping the oven door open.
Temperature Setting
In order to obtain optimum results of baking/cooking, select suitable temperature for
each food.
Before putting any food in the oven, always heat it up to the required temperature.
