  Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the 

manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the 
device or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires.  

  Do not drill any holes inside and outside the device and do not fix any other objects. 

  Do not place heavy objects on the device. 

  Do not move and tilt the device during operation.

The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!  
Before installation the local power grid specification should be compared with 
that of the device (see type label). 
Connect the device only in case of compliance!  
Take note of the security advice! 
 
 

5.2 Installation and connection 

 

Setting up 

 

  Unpack the device and remove all packaging material. Remove the protective film 

from the device. 

  Place the device on a flat, safe surface which can withstand the weight of the device. 

  Never place the device on an inflammable surface. 

  To prevent compressor damage, do not tilt the device more than 45° during 

arrangement or transport. 

  Do not place the device near open fireplaces, electric heaters, heating stoves or 

other heat sources such as direct sunlight. Heat can damage surface of the device, 
affect the cooling capacity and increase energy consumption. 

  Set up the device so that sufficient air can circulate freely. Keep a minimum distance 

of 5 cm from walls and other objects. Leave enough space for the operator on the 
operation side. 

  Never cover the ventilation openings of the device. 

  Do not place the device in areas with high humidity or high temperatures, as such 

conditions may result in damage of the device.
