5.3 Operation
Filling the water reservoir
The device is equipped with an automatic regulator to keep the water reservoir filled.
It is also equipped with a protective mechanism to prevent sudden stops in water
flow:
1.
The heating element, pump motor and magnetic water flow valve are
automatically disconnected.
2. The following error message appears on the display:
First use
1. Open the water flow tap.
2. Turn the device on by the main switch (see. (8) fig. 1).
3. Turn the steam regulator until steam begins to come out (see (3) fig. 1).
Strainer set-up

Place the strainer in the left side of the brewing
assembly, then turn to the right until it settles into place.
