7. Fit the lid on the glass cylinder.
8. Set the temperature controller to the highest 'MAX' position to heat up water in
the water pan.
The green heating-up indicator light to the right of the temperature controller is lit
during the heating-up phase, and it goes off, when the set temperature is reached.
9. Next, take a moment and rotate the temperature controller counter-clockwise,
setting it to the desired temperature.
ATTENTION!
If the switch over is performed too late, the remaining heat generated by
the heating plate may cause too long a boiling.
Sausages will be kept warm at the desired temperature.
10. Remove sausages from the basket as needed.
11. Carefully remove the lid from the glass cylinder. Lift the lid with the provided
handle only.
12. Use suitable kitchen utensils to this end, such as thongs, forks, etc.
Toasting Hot-Dog Buns
1. Switch the toasting rods ON/OFF switch to 'I' position to heat up the rods.
NOTE!
Always heat up toasting rods first, before you put hot-dog buns on.
The green operation indicator light in the toasting rods ON/OFF switch lights up.
When the green heating-up indicator light goes off, the temperature is reached.
