NOTE!
Frequent removing of the glass lid during heating, reduces the
temperature in the inner pot.

“ Dark chocolate
•
This setting can be selected to slowly melt the dark chocolate, e.g. bitter chocolate.
•
After reaching the melting temperature of a given chocolate, the heater is switched off.
After cooling phase, the heater is switched on again and maintains the temperature of
the melted chocolate at the level of approx. 58 °C.
During heating do not remove the lid, if possible.
NOTE!
The melting process in settings „
“ and „
“ is quite long.
We recommend melting the chocolate using the setting „
“, and then
using the settings „
“ or „
“ to maintain the temperature of the melted
chocolate.

When the chocolate has reached the required
consistency, remove the glass lid. Always use the
handle to lift the glass lid. Before removing the lid,
set the lid slightly ajar to let the hot steam escape.

The melted chocolate can be used according to
your personal taste (e.g. for decorating a layer
cake, cakes and other pastries, for fruit dishes,
fondue, etc.).
•
When finished using the chocolate warmer, set the control knob to OFF „
“ and
disconnect the device from the power supply (pull the plug!).
