User instructions
Unpack the buffet cabinet and remove the packing material according to the
environmental regulations.
The buffet cabinet should be thoroughly cleaned before the first use. Follow the
instructions in section
6 “Cleaning instructions”
.
Place the buffet cabinet on an even surface.
When placing, make sure there is enough space from service side to open the
glass doors.
Do not locate the buffet cabinet in the place exposed to the direct sunlight.
Do not store perishable products in the buffet cabinet.
Glass shelves are operated from the service side and can be removed, if necessary.
Prepare appropriate food products and place them on the shelves.
To remove the presented food products, open the glass door from the service side.
