7. Possible Malfunctions
In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.

The temperature is set but
the control lights are not on.
Power plug not in.
Control light(s) broken.
Plug in.
Contact the supplier.
The device is ON and
temperature adjustment
knob is set but the device
does not warm up.
Heating element
broken.
Contact the supplier.
The device switches off by
itself when operating.
Thermostat broken.
Contact the supplier.
If you cannot remove the malfunctions:

do not open the body,
-
notify the customer service point or contact the sales
agent, while providing the following information:
type of malfunction;
code number and serial number (see identification plate
on device underside);
date of purchase.
