Connection 

•  Electrical connection of the appliance to mains power supply must be executed 

by a qualified electrician, according to international, national and local 
regulations in force. 

 

•  Verify if the technical specification of the appliance (see the rating plate) 

corresponds to the characteristics of the local electric mains grid. 

•  The power cord should be laid in a way preventing anyone from threading on it 

or tripping against it.

Operation 

 

 

  WARNING! 

Risk of scalding! 
The appliance housing and taps heat up considerably during operation.  

Do not touch the hot device during its operation. 

Risk of scalding! 
Steam and mulled wine coming out of the taps are very hot and may 
cause burns to hands, arms and face when poured. 

When pouring, never keep your hands under the taps. 

 

1.  Clean the appliance, suction hoses, hoses connectors and drip tray before the 

first use according to instructions included in section 6

”Cleaning”.

 

2.  The appliance and entire equipment must be thoroughly dried. 

3.  Connect the suction hoses to a suitable container of mulled wine (e.g. a canister 

or a bag-in-box). 

4.  Place the containers with the appropriate drinks on the left and right side of the 

machine. 

5.  Remove the drip tray from the drawer and place it under the taps.
