  WARNING! Danger of burn! 

The surface of the device becomes very hot during operation.  
Never touch the hot surfaces with your bare hands.  

 

  CAUTION! 

The board keeping heat is not suitable for cooking or keeping the heat of 
dishes directly on the board. Use suitable containers! 

 

  Fill the desired foods into the appropriate GN-container (GN 1/1 or GN 2/1) and 

place it on the warming tray. Cover it with a lid. 

 

NOTE! 

The foods may be kept warm for a longer period when covered appropriately. 
 

  Make sure the warming tray is stands on top of an even and stable surface before 

placing foods on it, in order to avoid a tipping over of the containers with foods. 

  CAUTION! 

You must never move the warming tray with foods on top but remember to 
remove the foods first!  

Use safety gloves when removing the containers! 

Move the warming plate using the provided handles.  
 

  When the device is not in use, disconnect it from the power socket (pull the power
