1.  Transporting 

•

  When the outboard motor is removed from the boat, lay it down horizontally or put the 

outboard motor back in the original box. 

2.  Storage 

•

 

Store the outboard motor in a well ventilated, dry storage area.

 

•

 

The outboard motor should ideally be kept upright on a rack or trolley.
