Replacing Inner Chamber,
Element, Pilot Light and Element
Insulation

a) 

Remove control knob. 

b) 

Remove two screws at the rear near the sides of the
case. 

c) 

Pull inner chamber assembly out from the front.

d) 

Observe extension wire location. Remove four
extension wires from inner chamber assembly.

Replacing Element and Observe
Location of Element Insulation

a)

Gently disconnect control wires and element lead
wires.

b)

Remove two spring clamps from nylon spacer nuts.

c)

Remove plate and insulation.

d)

Loosen two screws in rear of inner chamber but do
not remove.

e)

Remove element.

f)

Re-assemble.

Pilot Light Replacement

a) 

Remove top piece of insulation by gently pulling
down from the rear. 

b) 

Slide pilot light housing toward the leads. Lens will
remain in pilot light port. 

c) 

Disconnect wire nut and snip three wire ties.

d) 

To re-install replacement pilot light assembly, snap
pilot light housing into pilot light lens.

e) 

Apply new wire ties—re-assemble.
