4. Physical installation
A Lifting eyebolt.
B SLite stud rod.
C SLite side handle.
D SLite rear handle.
2. Check if each stud rod of the SLite tile contains a hexagon thin nut (M8) fully turned on the stud rod. If not, provide one.
3. Guide the stud rods of the SLite tile through the corresponding holes of the mounting plates attached to the support structure.
Caution: Two persons are required at the front of the LED-display to perform this action. Both hands must be free to insert a
tile in a LED-wall. Therefore the use of a ladder to insert a tile is forbidden. Only a solid scaffold or a Z-lift is allowed.
Tip: You can use the eye bolts on the top side to lift the SLite tile, using a crane, to the desired height.

4. Place a prevailing torque type hexagon flange nut on each stud rod. Do not fasten yet.
5. Level out the SLite tile. Use the thin nut on the stud rods for depth alignment.
Tip: For maximum adjustment space in horizontal direction place the stud rods of the very first SLite tile that is placed on the
support structure in the middle of the corresponding slots.
6. Fasten the SLite tile (maximum torque of 19 Nm). At least one person at the front keeps the SLite tile steady until the tile is
completely fasten.
7. Connect a safety cable from the SLite tile to the support structure. Loop through one of the eye bolts on top of the tile and through
the opening in the middle of a nearby mounting plate. Ensure to bind the two ends of the safety cable together with a safety hook.
