4.2 Mounting the SLite tile
What has to be done ?
The SLite tiles have to be mounted into the assembled and installed support structure.

AUTION
:
The following procedure must be performed by minimum three authorized and qualified technical
persons, which are thoroughly familiar with the product and all of the proper safety checks of this product.
To do otherwise increases the risk of hazard and injury to the user.
SLite tile mount sequence
Build up the SLite Display row by row from bottom to top. Always start in the middle of the row and complete the row by placing the
SLite tiles beside one another from the middle of the row to the sides.
Necessary tools
• Wrench 13 mm.
• Scaffold or Z-lift.
Necessary parts
• SLite tiles.
• Four M8 nuts per tile for depth adjustment (DIN439B hexagon thin nut - steel zinc plated : V366177).
• Four M8 nuts per tile for fixation (DIN6926 prevailing torque type hexagon flange nut with plastic insert - steel zinc plated :
B360445).
• One safety cable per tile.
• One safety hook per tile.
How to mount a SLite tile ?
1. Bring the SLite tile in front of its final position in the LED-wall. Ensure the tile is in the right position, so with the lifting eyebolts
on top.
