Color space selection
What can be done ?
The color space (gamut), the collection of colors which can be reproduced by the projector, can be adjusted
to 3 prede
fi
ned stored values and a custom value. The maximum color space which can be displayed is
the native color space.
How to select a color space
1. While in Color alignment tab, click on the drop down box next to Color alignment and select the desired
gamut (a). (image 9-1)
The following color spaces (gamuts) are possible :
- Native : projector’s native color gamut.
- EBU : European color gamut standard.
- SMPTE : American color gamut standard.
- Custom : customized color gamut according to the preferences of the user.
2. While
Native

EBU
or
SMPTE
is selected, click on the drop down box next to
Color temperature
and
select the desired value (b).
The following values are possible :
- Native
- 9300°K
- 6500°K
- 5400°K
- 3200°K
