Replacement kit 2 EHT + Splitter in BV508 with single EHT + Splitter

Remove R107596 (Splitter with PCB) and R763021 (Splitter without PCB) from BV508
assemply.

Remove EHT R774465 and EHT cover

Fix the single EHT with double diode (R7744865) on the EHT plate (R812671), with the
help of washers (R367502 qty.04) and nuts (R366102 qty.04).
