5.3 ILite rental truss setup accessories
Truss setup accessories
ILite truss beams are required to set up an ILite rental display in a hanging configuration. Barco offers two sizes of ILite truss beams,
namely the “ILite dual truss beam” and the “ILite triple truss beam”. The dual truss beam covers a width of two ILite tiles and the
triple truss beam covers three tiles. Each truss beam is equipped with one big hoist eyebolt, used to lift up the display, and two
safety rods to secure the truss beam with the truss installation.

:
Maximum weight limit of the dual truss beam is 435 kg, the triple truss beam can maximum lift 655
kg. This weight corresponds with a maximum display height of 15 ILite rental tiles. Do not put any additional
weight on the truss beam and use the truss beams only in conjunction with Barco’s ILite rental tiles.

:
Always secure all truss beams of a hanging ILite rental display with the truss installation. Use
the safety rods for that. Secure each safety rod with an independent safety cable. Never loop a safety cable
through both safety rods of a truss beam, as this will dramatically reduce the load holding capacity of the
safety rods.
