Connection
Signal connection Duet - Computer
Using the appropriate cable, make the connection between the output of the Image Generator
(DD15, DB15 or 13W3), the input RGB/HV of the Duet interface (5xBNC) and the output ID BIT
IDENTIFICATION (DB9) on the Duet interface.
Make the connection between input STEREO of the Duet interface and the STEREO output of
the Image Generator using the a connection cable, depending on the stereo connector on the
image generator (see proceeding page for cable assembly).
Refer to the respective
computer manual for
correct ID Bit setting.
ID BIT selector:
These switches allows emulating a typical IBM or MAC
Monitor. IBM and MAC computers need to know which type
of monitor is connected. In case no monitor ID Bits are
detected, no image is sent to the RGB outputs..resulting in
no image on the projectors.
