We recommend passing a cloth lightly dampened with 
olive oil over the cast iron grill (once dry). 
We  do  not  recommend  placing  the  grill  in  the 
dishwasher for cleaning. 
Discolouring  of  the  cast  iron  grill  is  normal  and 
explained by daily wear and tear; it does not affect 
the operation of the appliance.

lava stone tray:

) remove the grill (1) and 

the cover (2), disconnect the power supply (7), remove 
the lava stone, extract the tray (3) and wash it with 
hot water and washing-up detergent. Rinse, dry and 
replace: refill the tray with these same lava stones, or 
replace  them  if  they  have  turned  a  dark  colour,  an 
indicator that they are clogged with fats.

Не допускается её мойка в посудомоечной машине. 
Обесцвечивание чугунной решетки представляет собой

) убрать решетку 

(1) и крышку (2), поднять нагревательный элемент (7), 
убрать лавовый камень, извлечь емкость (3) и вымыть её 
горячей водой и моющим средством для посуды. Вновь 
вымыть её, высушить и поставить на место: наполнить тем 
же лавовым камнем или заменить, если он стал темного 
цвета, а значит пропитан жиром.

 ПЕРИОДЫ ПРОСТОЯ

Если  Вы  предполагаете  не  пользоваться  устройством  на 
протяжении  длительного  периода  времени  (более  2-3 
недель), следует:

•  произвести  тщательную  очистку  устройства,  следуя

•  вытащить вилку электропитания.
•  покрыть его специальным защитным полотном; 
•  убрать в защищенное от погодного воздействия место.

•  disconnect the electric power supply plug. 
•  protect it with the appropriate cover sheet; 
•  store it in a place sheltered from bad weather.
