Special Builds
Any item not specifically listed as a part number in the current catalogue is
considered a "special build. Special builds are not eligible for return or
deferment of delivery.
Payment
Payment terms are 30 days from the end of the month, unless otherwise
stated in writing.
Return of goods
Goods eligible for return must be pre-approved, in writing, by BAR. Returned
goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administration costs,
plus an additional amount estimated to be BAR's cost to return the goods to
new, warehouse condition.
Shipping
All products from BAR are supplied ex-Works our nearest warehouse. Where
BAR agree to pay the freight for any shipment, this does not change the ex-
works terms. We strongly recommend you undertake transit insurance for all
shipments.
