Poor or missing function on BtB 
module, (Hotel Menu System)

Possible causes:
Hotel room box
Defective connection
Defective cable
Defective DC supply 

If possible, try to 

press MENU on the 

remote control to 

activate Hotel menu 

If the Module is in 

use, for instance in 

a hotel setup, it is 

necessary to press 

MENU 0 0 GO

 on 

the remote controle 

to disable Hotel 
Menu. Within 5 

seconds, press 

MENU 0 0 GO

more to enter

Note! 
Enter Service Menu and find BtB 
information. Choose BtB ON to 
activate the Hotel Menu again when 
this is done switch the system  off 
and then back on.

Note! 
When mains is off, wait about one 
minute before switching it on again.
During first time hotel setup it may be 
necessary to wait up to 10 minutes.

Note! 
At the hotel there must be a “test 
facility” making it possible to connect 
the equipment to the hotel box, 
testing the complete system. 
Otherwise, it must be tested in a 
hotel room.

Note! 
If possible, disconnect mains to both 
hotel room box and BeoVision 10. 
Wait one minute and connect mains 
again. 
This is done to reset all modules.
