LED "Status/Error" is a green and red dual LED. The LED states have a different meaning depending on the
operating mode.

In this mode, the interface is operated as an Ethernet interface.

The interface is in an error state (failed Ethernet frames, increased number of collisions on the network, etc.).
If an error occurs in the following states, then the green LED blinks over the red LED:
