After eight seconds a dialogue box will ask whether you want to search
for all reachable servers again.

After that port has been updated you may want to re-enter
Server
Properties
to verify the changes have taken effect, or to view/change
the configuration of other ports. Each port must be configured
separately.
Saving Configuration Data in Console Mode or Telnet
Saving (updating) server properties is done from the
Configuration
screen. Access the
Configuration
screen by tabbing through the list of
screens on the left side of the window and highlighting
Configuration
.
There are four options shown on the right side of the
Configuration
screen:
Save
,
Default
,
Running
and
Reset
. Use
Tab
,
Backspace
, or
arrow
keys to move the cursor to the option position, then press
Enter
.
•
Console Mode and Telnet Configuration Screens
•
Save
stores the configuration data to the
Serial Server
flash
memory and resets it.
•
Default
restores the configuration data to factory default settings.
•
Running
restores the configuration data to the last values stored in
the flash memory.
•
Reset
re-boots the
Serial Server,
making it available for a client
connection.
