1)
Switch the boiler off (see p. 10.4 page 24;
2)
Block the boiler’s inlet stop valves on the pipes of the heating system by the inlet into the boiler, drain
the heat carrier out of the boiler (see p. 10.5, page24) (if there are no stop valves, drain the heat carrier
out of the whole heating system);
3)
Put the burner block off (see p.17.1 page 41);
4)
disconnect cables from the thermo relay 9 (see p. 13.1, page 27):

By means of the turnkey 30 unscrew 2 nuts 1 of pipes fastening to the heat exchanger;
6)
By means of the turnkey 30 unscrew two nuts 1of heat exchanger’s taps fastening to the to the back sides
carriers;
7)
Unscrew three self-threading screws 1 of the gas removal device bar’s fastening 2 and put the bar off;
8)
Remove heat exchanger by pulling it towards yourself..
